Purpose Questionnaire

Consider each statement carefully and how much you agree or disagree with it. The more statements you agree with, demonstrates you have a good attitude and understanding of your purpose regarding your work life. 

If the majority of your responses indicate you generally disagree with the statements, you should examine further the source of your dissatisfaction, taking into consideration that your life purpose is not as clearly defined as it could be.
