Making of a Champion with Surrey 6th Formers

by | Oct 14, 2020

This week Silje and Nick from the LMI UK team had the amazing privilege of running the Making of a Champion Foundations workshop for the 6th Form students at The Priory School in Dorking, Surrey.

Run over two 45 minute sessions, the students discussed what it means to be a true champion and how to define success for themselves. They identified what they are good at, what they love doing and what they care about as a valuable means in helping them plan their future.

Finally, they learned some practical ways to set weekly goals to help them succeed in their studies and all other areas of life. Oh, and of course we told them about The Careers Podcast!

Thank you to Mr Harrison and The Priory School for great hospitality and kudos to the students for their attentiveness and engagement. We look forward to hearing of your successes in coming months!
