This week LMI UK Director Nick Howes was interviewed by the founder of September Ready Go, Kevin Aires on the subject of goal setting.

September Ready Go is an innovative teens summer camp helping young people and their families prepare physically and mentally for a return to school and college after six months of being away.

Kevin is himself a graduate of the LMI Effective Personal Leadership programme and wanted to be able to pass on some of the fundamental principles of setting effective goals to the young people and their parents who are part of the September Ready Go community.
