On Thursday 6th and Friday 7th, the LMI UK team welcomed members of the LMI team from Ireland to the picturesque Robert Denholm House in Surrey for two days of collaborative learning and skill development, aimed at enhancing our service to clients.

The first day was dedicated to a Deep Listening workshop, led by Barry Phillips, the author of How to Connect with Anyone by Deep Listening. The session left a profound impact on all attendees, who were amazed by the power of listening to truly understand and support others without the urge to fix or respond.

The second day featured the Worthing Homes case study on leadership development. The case study highlighted the leadership management strategies employed with their managers and senior leadership team. We were honoured to have Donna Cezair, Chief Executive of Worthing Homes, join us via Teams to share her insights.

Throughout the event, discussions covered the latest advancements in coaching, facilitation, and leadership development, as well as methods for measuring tangible results for organisations that invest in their people. The event not only strengthened professional relationships but also provided plenty of laughter and camaraderie. We eagerly anticipate the return leg in Ireland later this year!
