Imam Monawar Hussain MBE DL FRSA MCCT is an Associate Director with LMI‑UK, specialising in helping senior leaders and teams translate organisational values into measurable, lasting results. Through practical, habit‑forming leadership development, he supports leaders in building clarity, capability and the culture needed for sustained high performance.

A seasoned leader, entrepreneur and founder, Monawar has held senior roles across business, education, healthcare, philanthropy and the not‑for‑profit sector. His experience includes vice‑presidential and board positions with organisations such as Oxfordshire Community Foundation, The Oxford Trust, History of Science Museum (University of Oxford) and Oxford Civic Society.

Renowned for his ability to create confidential, high‑trust environments, he draws on decades of convening senior civic, community and faith leaders. His facilitation enables leaders to think deeply, challenge constructively and align their behaviours with their strategic intent.

Monawar studied at the Universities of Oxford and London in Theology and Abrahamic Religions, Law and Business Management and is the recipient of national honours recognising his public service and interfaith leadership.
