Martin Gladdish

Martin is a bestselling author in his own right and the invisible storytelling pen behind more than a dozen ghostwritten business books. He sold over two million words in a 17-year writing career before moving into a coaching role, turning business theory into practical guidance and support for entrepreneurs all over the UK.

His interest in business is really a fascination with businesspeople, their stories, motivations, and what exactly fuels the void between effort and success. Martin’s first book, The Lazy Optimist, examines this idea in the form of an anecdotal tale of a hardworking man who was too afraid to get his dreams out of his heart.

Going on an LMI-inspired time management course around 2015 was a turning point in Martin’s career, but it was not until early in 2024 that he joined the team. He says, “LMI’s programmes contain all the practical tools needed to focus any distracted mind on the things that really matter to them.”

As a nature lover and seeker of adventure, Martin has visited over twenty countries across five continents and has friends in most of those places. He is a church pastor, an avid reader, a part-time magician, a long-suffering supporter of Reading FC and can solve a Rubik’s cube in under 90 seconds.
