The Total Leader® Academy – a 2 year transformational experience, starting 11/9/26

The Total Leader® Academy is a two-year, cohort-based leadership development journey designed for those serious about long-term growth and transformation. Combining our Total Leader® Solution and Total Person® Development strategy, with the “unique LMI process” this academy goes beyond traditional training and into the realm of transformational development.

A Cohort Experience Each academy intake brings together a select group of 8-12 high-potential leaders from diverse organisations. Over 24 months, they’ll grow together, challenge each other and build a powerful peer network that lasts well beyond the programme.

The Total Leader® Solution A Four-Stage Development Journey Participants will move through the four stages of the Total Leader® Solution:

Stage 1 – Personal Productivity
Before you can lead others, you must lead yourself. This stage helps leaders master time, energy and focus. They learn to set clear goals, prioritise effectively, delegate and build habits that drive consistent performance.

Stage 2 – Personal Leadership
Great leadership starts with self-awareness. Here, leaders clarify their values, define their purpose and develop the mindset needed to lead with authenticity and confidence.

Stage 3 – Motivational Leadership
This stage focuses on people. Leaders learn how to inspire, engage and develop their teams. They build trust, foster ownership and create a culture of high performance.

Stage 4 – Strategic Leadership
Now it’s time to think big. Leaders learn to align their teams with organisational goals, lead change and make strategic decisions that drive long-term success.
