With over 12 years of leadership experience, including guiding teams and products through major organisational change and acquisition, Laura brings a grounded, highly relatable perspective to personal and professional development. She helps individuals cut through daily overwhelm, master time and priorities, and unlock authentic leadership that delivers real-world results without sacrificing personal well-being.
Using the LMI framework alongside her leadership coaching qualifications, Laura supports clients in building habits that last. Outside of work, Laura loves exploring the local scenic walking trails with her dog, Barney. She is deeply connected to family life, enjoys a good mind-stretching puzzle or games night, and believes that the best solutions often come from taking a quiet moment to sit, reflect, and recharge.
