With over 25 years’ experience building and scaling businesses, Paul brings a practical, straight-talking perspective to leadership and performance. His focus is on helping people think more clearly, make better decisions and operate with more consistency, especially when things get busy, messy or high-pressure.

Through BOOM Academy, Paul works with leaders using the LMI Total Leader® framework, supporting long-term improvements in productivity, leadership and strategic execution. His approach is grounded in real-world experience rather than theory, and centred around conversations that actually move things forward.

Outside of work, Paul has a love for travel and adventure, a long-standing interest in aviation, and a weakness for live music, good food and the occasional pint of Neck Oil.
