With over 20 years of business experience as a Human Resources Executive, Julie has hired and coached hundreds of established and emerging leaders. 

Starting out in Executive Search, Julie moved her career to the Human Resources function and gained a reputation for developing “fit for purpose” solutions that were designed to help both people and businesses thrive. 

After wrapping up an incredible run as Chief People Officer at an engineering consulting firm in Canada., Julie moved across the pond and took the plunge into entrepreneurship, starting her own Leadership Coaching Consultancy.

With a passion for helping leaders inspire their teams in impactful ways, Julie’s approach starts with self-awareness and values identification; a fundamental component of personal growth and leadership success.

After 18 years living in beautiful Calgary, Alberta, Julie and her family decided that it was time to come home and made the move with 2 dogs to Chelmsford, Essex. Equally beautiful but nowhere near as cold! In her spare time, Julie can be found on a spin bike, enjoying the countryside with the dogs or reconnecting with friends and family.
